We have an Eco-textile center where every year we open different workshops, for beginners and advanced students, in the areas of traditional “away” weaving, crocheting, stick weaving, cutting and making, machine weaving.
Our workshops at the Eco-textile center seek to integrate traditional techniques (rescued traditional knowledge), such as natural wool dyeing, with new trends and techniques. Always promoting eco-efficient and natural processes.
Within the framework of the Eco-textile center, we promote spaces for the exchange of experiences, through visits to other centers in the Cusco region, or receiving visits from other groups of textile students. Along the same lines, we identify spaces for the exhibition and sale of fabrics, generated by our students, encouraging a link with local and regional markets.
