We promote research and application in technologies that use renewable energies through the support and alliance with thesis students of different levels (undergraduate and postgraduate) providing advice, application spaces and promoting the solution of socio-environmental problems and the use of technologies that they utilize renewable energy.
Here are the main lines of research:
- Productive agricultural projects.
- Environmental management: contamination of water, air and soil.
- Technological development of Renewable Energies: solar, biomass, wind, hydraulic.
- Conservation of natural resources: sustained management of resources.
- Climate change, climatology (analysis and monitoring of climatological variations, boy and girl phenomena).
- Water purification.
- Medicinal plants.
- Territorial and environmental management.
- Business legal framework, regulation and innovation in Renewable Energies.
Likewise, CECADE has established a series of cooperation agreements with different local, regional, national and international institutions, to develop projects and promote research, those include: the Center for Renewable Energies and Rational Use of Energy of the National University of Engineering (CER- UNI), Rural Group PUCP, Peruvian Solar Energy Association (APES), International Solar Energy Society (ISES), Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development (CYTED), La Molina Agrarian University (UNALM), San Antonio National University Abad of Cusco (UNSAAC), Rotary Club of Madison and Cusco, Friends of the Americas, among others.
